Steer Labs supplies made-to-order steering wheels configured to your selections. Questions about an order, fitment, a return, or privacy: support@suprasteeringwheel.com.
Production and shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard US shipping is free. Estimated production is 4–6 weeks, followed by delivery. This is a production estimate, not a guarantee that your order will arrive within 4–6 weeks.
We review your configuration and vehicle information before production and may request clarification. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any cancellation/refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue an appropriate refund.
Inspect your package when it arrives and contact us promptly with the order number and photographs if it is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Reporting delivery damage within seven days helps us investigate with the carrier; this request does not remove rights concerning a defect discovered later. We will work with you and the carrier on items damaged or lost in transit.
Custom orders, cancellation, and returns
Each wheel is made to order. A correctly supplied custom build is final sale for change of mind, a changed or sold vehicle, or a preference change. It is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange after production begins.
Contact us to request cancellation or a specification change. An accepted cancellation before production begins receives a full refund. Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation or changes are not guaranteed. Production status is confirmed by our operator. These limits do not override cancellation/refund rights related to shipping delays or other rights required by law.
You are responsible for supplying accurate model year, trim, transmission, and factory extra-control information. We review fitment before production. If incorrect buyer information causes a misfit, contact us to discuss any available rework or replacement; a free remake is not promised. We do not impose an automatic compatibility or restocking fee under this policy.
If Steer Labs supplies the wrong configuration, incomplete parts, a defective item, or goods damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Reasonable return shipping for an approved seller-error, defect, or transit-damage remedy is covered by Steer Labs. Obtain return instructions before sending anything back.
Inspect and report issues before installation where practical. Installation, modification, misuse, or accidental damage can affect the remedy available for an issue they caused; installation alone does not remove rights concerning a hidden defect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval or receipt/inspection of an authorized return where required. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Warranty and installation
Steer Labs does not offer a separate written product warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable law, including remedies for an incorrect or defective product.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Follow the appropriate vehicle and product instructions, including requirements for the airbag and steering-wheel controls. Do not treat preview images as installation instructions or a safety certification.
Privacy
Shopify hosts our storefront and checkout. To process, review, fulfill, and support an order, we use contact information, shipping/billing details, selected configuration, vehicle information, payment references, and order history. Card information is handled by the payment provider rather than the theme.
Information needed for fulfillment may be shared with our supplier, carrier, payment provider, and other service providers acting for those purposes. We keep information as needed for order support, accounting, applicable legal obligations, and resolving disputes; we do not promise a blanket deletion date that conflicts with those requirements.
Contact support@suprasteeringwheel.com with applicable access, correction, or deletion requests. We may need to verify the request and retain records where law or an ongoing order requires it. Marketing communications require appropriate consent and can be unsubscribed from. Our storefront uses cookies for cart, checkout, security, and platform operation.
Sales terms and product information
Prices are in USD. Applicable tax and the final checkout total are shown before payment. An order is not a production instruction solely because a browser displays a confirmation: payment status and fitment information are reviewed in our order system before production is released.
The G8X LCI-style wheel is listed for the 2020–2025 Toyota GR Supra (A90 / A91), in manual and automatic configurations. The approved package includes the airbag and multifunction controls. Automatic configuration includes standard carbon fiber paddle shifters; the magnetic mechanism is an optional automatic-only upgrade. The optional M1/M2 package includes functional buttons and a wiring harness. Specific driving-mode mappings are not promised by this listing.
Confirm the selected transmission and the factory tech / driver-assistance control answer against your actual vehicle. Contact us about control integration or other fitment questions before production. Configuration images are AI-generated previews, not photographs of a finished wheel; actual materials and colors may vary. Normal handmade variation is not the same as a wrong configuration or material defect.
Steer Labs is an independent aftermarket seller and is not affiliated with Toyota or BMW. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. These terms do not exclude a liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
